White Belgian Endive is a limited crop in FarmVille 2 and is only available until July 11, 2016. The seeds can be bought in the General Store for 48 Coins after the player has reached Level 7.
After watering the plot with 1 Water the White Belgian Endive grows for 8 hours and is ready for harvesting after that. Each harvested White Belgian Endive can be sold for 68 Coins, used for Recipes such as 
Braised White Belgian Endive, 
White Belgian Endive Salad and 
White Belgian Endive Gratin or crushed in the Feed Mill to make 8 Feed for the Animals.
