Monk Fruit is a limited crop in FarmVille 2 and is only available until May 15th, 2017. The seeds can be bought in the General Store for 46 Coins after the player has reached Level 7.
After watering the plot with 1 Water the Monk Fruit grows for 4 hours and is ready for harvesting after that. Each harvested Monk Fruit can be sold for 65 Coins, used for Recipes such as 
Monk Fruit Concentrate, 
Monk Fruit Brownies and 
Monk Fruit Sugar Cookies or crushed in the Feed Mill to make 6 Feed for the Animals.
