Mexican Sunflower is a limited crop in FarmVille 2 and is only available until December 4th, 2017. The seeds can be bought in the General Store for 48 Coins after the player has reached Level 7.
After watering the plot with 1 Water the Mexican Sunflower grows for 8 hours and is ready for harvesting after that. Each harvested Mexican Sunflower can be sold for 95 Coins, used for Recipes such as 
Mexican Sunflower Crate and 
Red Sunflower Circlet or crushed in the Feed Mill to make 8 Feed for the Animals.
