Korean Melon is a limited crop in FarmVille 2 and is only available until October 16th, 2017. The seeds can be bought in the General Store for 44 Coins after the player has reached Level 7.
After watering the plot with 1 Water the Korean Melon grows for 6 hours and is ready for harvesting after that. Each harvested Korean Melon can be sold for 62 Coins, used for Recipes such as 
Korean Melon Fruit Bowl and 
Pickled Korean Melon or crushed in the Feed Mill to make 7 Feed for the Animals.
