Elephant Garlic is a limited crop in FarmVille 2 and is only available until October 31st, 2016. The seeds can be bought in the General Store for 42 Coins after the player has reached Level 7.
After watering the plot with 1 Water the Elephant Garlic grows for 4 hours and is ready for harvesting after that. Each harvested Elephant Garlic can be sold for 59 Coins, used for Recipes such as 
Herb Grilled Elephant Garlic and 
Roasted Elephant Garlic Soup or crushed in the Feed Mill to make 6 Feed for the Animals.
