Banana Yucca is a limited crop in FarmVille 2 and is only available until February 13th, 2017. The seeds can be bought in the General Store for 2,360 Coins after the player has reached Level 7.
After watering the plot with 1 Water the Banana Yucca grows for 12 hours and is ready for harvesting after that. Each harvested Banana Yucca can be sold for 62 Coins, used for Recipes such as 
Banana Yucca Waffle and 
Banana Yucca Cassava Cake or crushed in the Feed Mill to make 9 Feed for the Animals.
