After watering the plot with 1 Water the Azuki Bean grows for 4 hours and is ready for harvesting after that. Each harvested Azuki Bean can be sold for 517 Coins, used for Recipes such as 
Red Bean Paste, 
Mochi and 
Green Tea Mochi or crushed in the Feed Mill to make 21 Feed for the Animals.
