Yes. I'm on Level 211 and I see expansions for levels 8, 9, and 10 Water Towers. However, I don't know when they become available. The description just reads "coming soon."
You can't make Baby Bottles. If you don't have friends, play on the Zynga site. There's always Baby Bottles on the feed.
You have to Ask friends for Baby Bottles or get them off the Zynga feed.
If you're talking about Coins, you get them from selling stuff or getting prized crops. If you're talking about Farmbucks you have to buy them.
You might be able to sell them at the Market Stand. However, some things, like Ask/Post objects from minigames that ended, I don't think are possible to get rid of.
There's an "Add Friend" option on the bottom bar on the left hand side,
The colorful borders around the seasonal stuff is to just make them stand out.
The blue around Baby Ginger and the yellow around the Black Orchid are just graphical glitches.
The reason it's not here is because none of us are close to that level, so we don't know it.

Anyway, the templates for the crops and recipes are easy to find: go under the Classic Editor for any seed or recipe, then hit the source tab. That will show you the layouts for the templates.

Anyway, I've been having trouble with the Gourmet Farm crop template. I went in to change a few parameters (Gourmet levels, RP amounts), and the new parameters aren't showing up. I haven't tried the gourmet recipes yet.

I think I have had a similar problem to the one you're having now about a month ago. I was making a recipe that required 5 Half and Half (which is one of the basics). I made the Half and Halfs, but when it went back to the main recipe, the craft button was disabled. It was only on that one recipe, and it was only for a few days. I have no trouble crafting main recipes now.
If you can't craft any main recipes at all, it sounds like a major bug. It's best to tell Zynga about it. If you don't want to register for the forums, the regular bug report is here:

I got through most of it because I had hoarded so much stuff. I used a ton of Super Feed to get the Horseshoes and Wool and Super Grow to grow things like Strawberries and Sunflowers. But even then, I eventually had to throw money at it. That part of the quest was incredibly ridiculous.
EDIT: I believe the levels go up to 300 now. But if you got up to 300, I'd guess you'd stop collecting xp until more levels are added.
