Neighbor Request for Water

I have a number of neighbors who request Water because their farm is parched. How do I do that request?

When you have 0 Water and try to water more plants or trees, a pop-up will appear asking you to send a request to your Facebook friends (All Friends tab) or your in-game neighbors (FarmVille 2 Friends tab). You then choose the tab and then click on any/all the friends you want to send the request to.

The requests and gifts come on your MESSAGES tab (above upper right corner of game window, so you don't see it on Full Screen). Usually you can just click Accept and Reply, for things like Baby Bottles and Pruning Shears. (note that you can ask for Pruning Shears directly from the Toolshed).
